This sounds interesting. My mother used to bring seeds across borders. she has a chadeligh House nicotiana from seeds she collected at our wedding from Warwichshire. She shared them and now they are an official seed... My husband was originally an agronomist and tells me you shouldn't import seeds because they can spread disease, though. Do what you want!
